About Caitlin

Caitlin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a warm, practical approach to nutrition. She has been practising since 2019 and brings extensive experience across hospital, aged care, and community settings in both regional and metropolitan Victoria.

Before joining Accelerate Nutrition, Caitlin was a researcher at Monash University’s Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food. She is a published author in peer-reviewed journals including the Nutrition & Dietetics journal of Dietitians Australia, Medical Education, and Higher Education Research & Development. That combination of clinical work and research means Caitlin brings a strong evidence-based foundation to every session.

Caitlin is passionate about supporting clients to develop healthy food habits that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to their individual goals. She loves helping people build confidence in their dietary decisions.
