Accelerate Nutrition is a registered NDIS provider. All services are delivered by Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) credentialed with Dietitians Australia.

What Happens Next?
Once the form is submitted:
- A team member will call the client or nominee within two working days.
- They will check details, location, and preferences.
- The client will be matched with a Dietitian.
- The appointment will be booked.
If anything is missing, we'll contact you directly rather than delay the client's care.
Referral Pathways
NDIS
We support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants. Pricing aligns with the NDIS Price Guide — that means no gap fees for NDIS participants.
Chronic Disease Management (Medicare)
Refer patients under a GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement naming a dietitian. Up to five allied health visits per calendar year with a Medicare rebate.
DSOA
We accept referrals for clients receiving Disability Support for Older Australians funding.
Support at Home (Home Care Packages)
We are an approved provider for aged care funding streams. Please Include the client's Support at Home level and case manager contact details.
