Expert Medical Nutrition Therapy to Support Your Health

When you’re dealing with a medical condition, the last thing you need is guesswork around food. Our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy designed around your diagnosis, your lifestyle, and your goals — helping manage symptoms, improve your wellbeing, and take the confusion out of eating.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, supporting a child’s health, or caring for someone in aged care — we’re here to help you find clarity.

Signs You Could Benefit From a Clinical Dietitian

You might be in the right place if any of these sound familiar:

  • You've received a new diagnosis that requires specialised dietary management
  • Persistent digestive problems like bloating or food intolerance are affecting your daily life
  • You need nutritional support after surgery, during illness, or to address malnutrition
  • You're managing weight for health reasons and want sustainable strategies — not a fad diet
  • You're experiencing an eating disorder and need sensitive support to restore balance

What Your Clinical Nutritionist Can Help With

Every condition affects your body differently — your nutrition plan should reflect that. Our clinical nutritionists support people across a wide range of health concerns.

  • Diabetes and blood sugar management — Whether you're living with Type 1, Type 2, or gestational diabetes, your nutritionist creates a personalised eating plan with carbohydrate strategies designed to stabilise blood sugar and protect your long-term health.
  • Cardiovascular health — Heart-friendly eating plays a major role in managing high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Your nutritionist builds a plan focused on prevention strategies and sustainable dietary changes that support cardiovascular wellbeing.
  • Gastrointestinal condition — Conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), coeliac disease, and reflux all respond well to targeted nutrition. Your nutritionist helps identify trigger foods and designs a gut health plan tailored to your symptoms.
  • Food allergies, intolerances, and elimination diets — Removing and reintroducing foods safely requires structured guidance. Your nutritionist manages the process while ensuring your diet stays balanced and nutritionally complete.
  • Chronic kidney disease, liver disease, or cancer support — Serious and complex conditions demand specialised therapeutic nutrition. Your nutritionist works alongside your medical team to support your body through treatment and recovery.
  • Women's health — Conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and menopause can significantly affect energy and wellbeing. Your nutritionist tailors dietary strategies to address hormonal and metabolic needs.
  • Eating disorders — Restoring a healthy relationship with food takes sensitive, collaborative care. Your nutritionist works as part of your healthcare team to support recovery with compassion and clinical expertise.

step # 1

Assessment

Your first consultation covers your medical history, current lifestyle, and health goals. Your dietitian evaluates your diet and identifies any nutritional imbalances or deficiencies.

step # 2

Your Starting Point

Together, you identify underlying nutritional concerns and collaborate with your dietitian to set realistic, achievable targets — whether that’s improving energy, managing a chronic condition, or supporting recovery.

step # 3

Tools & Support

Your dietitian gives you practical guidance on food choices, meal preparation, and reading food labels — so you feel confident to implement your plan from day one. This could be a therapeutic meal plan, a specialised diet, or enteral feeding support.

step # 4

Ongoing Review

Follow-up appointments track your progress and adjust the plan as needed. Your dietitian monitors your health markers and helps you overcome challenges as they come up. We’re your partner in health for as long as you need us.
