Personalised Weight Loss Support — Focused on Your Health, Not a Number on a Scale

There’s so much more to you than your weight. Our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) provide sustainable weight management support using nutrition counselling and behaviour change — no restrictive diets, no meal replacements, no judgement.

Signs You Could Benefit From a Weight Loss Dietitian

You might be in the right place if any of these sound familiar:

  • You've tried multiple diets without lasting results — the weight comes off, then comes back
  • You're managing a health condition alongside weight concerns, like Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, or sleep apnoea
  • Your relationship with food feels out of control — binge eating, emotional eating, or disordered eating patterns
  • You feel overwhelmed by nutrition information from your GP, specialists, and social media
  • Your health markers (cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose levels) are outside healthy ranges and need attention

What Your Weight Loss Dietitian Can Help With

Your dietitian reviews your medical history, food preferences, and body composition before suggesting any dietary change. Every plan is individualised, practical, and easy to follow.

  • Weight management for chronic health conditions — Many chronic conditions are closely linked to body weight — including Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, fatty liver disease, high cholesterol, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid issues, and sleep apnoea. Your dietitian builds a plan that addresses your health and your weight goals together.
  • GLP-1 medication support (Ozempic, Wegovy) — GLP-1 receptor agonists work best alongside personalised nutrition and regular exercise. Your dietitian manages the dietary side of GLP-1 therapy, helping you maintain muscle mass and build the long-term habits you'll need beyond medication.
  • Personalised nutrition planning — No two bodies respond to food the same way. Your dietitian considers your lifestyle, preferences, and medical history to create a plan you can actually stick with — focused on sustainable results rather than short-term restriction.

step # 1

Assessment

Your first session covers your medical history, lifestyle habits, food preferences, and goals. Your dietitian conducts a body assessment — body composition, lean mass, and fat mass. And you’ll also leave with steps you can confidently take straightaway.

step # 2

Your Starting Point

Together, you set realistic goals based on knowledge — not rigid rules. Your dietitian builds a personalised action plan and explains the science behind each recommendation. If you’re managing your weight, blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, or heart disease, your nutrition plan supports your existing care.

step # 3

Tools & Support

Your dietitian helps you explore eating patterns, manage emotional or stress-related eating, and create food routines with a variety of foods you can stick with. The goal is confidence, not compliance — building habits that last without food rules, shame, or scales (unless you want them).

step # 4

Ongoing Review

Regular follow-up sessions track your progress. Your plan is adjusted as needed, and ongoing monitoring of health markers keeps your journey on course. Once you reach your goals, the focus shifts to maintaining lean muscle mass, managing appetite, and keeping the habits you’ve built.

Why Choose Accelerate Nutrition for Weight Loss Dietitian Services

Our approach is compassionate and judgement-free. Weigh-ins only happen if you want them. We meet you where you are — with patience, respect, and zero pressure. You don’t need a goal weight to see us. You just need a reason to want something to feel different.
