- What Happens Next?
- A confirmation email is sent to you straight away. A secure online meeting link is emailed 48 hours before your appointment. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer — or request a phone call if you prefer.
- Who Can Book?
- You do not need a referral to book privately. This includes private clients and self-managed NDIS participants. Support is available across Victoria and Australia-wide.
- NDIS (plan- and agency-managed participants), DSOA and Support at Home clients need to complete a referral.
