- A confirmation email is sent to you straight away. Payment is required during the consultation at the clinic. Medicare and private health insurance rebates may be applicable.
- Who Can Book?
- Appointments are available for NDIS participants, Home Care Package recipients, Medicare CDM referrals, and private clients. You do not need a referral to book privately. Support is available across Victoria and Australia-wide.
- NDIS, DSOA and Support at Home clients need to complete a referral.
